Nurse Family Partnership of Lancaster County
A program for women who are having their first baby. When enrolled the program pairs the women with a specially trained nurse who will visit with them throughout their pregnancy and as they parent until the child turns two years old. Nurses are specially trained and will help with this exciting and scary part of life. Nurses will help the women learn how to have a healthy pregnancy and be the best parent for their baby.
Eligibility: First pregnancy and enrolled within the first 28 weeks of gestation, income within 250% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
