Reach Out and Read Program
A national program that strengthens the link between literacy and a healthy childhood. Sponsored at LG Health by the United Auxiliaries to the LGH, parents who bring their children to the Health Center for well-child checkups are rewarded for each visit with a new children's book and information on the benefits of reading to young children.
Eligibility: Children from six months to five years who receive checkups through the Well Child program
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm
