Trains, certifies, organizes, and provides equipment to groups of residents who volunteer to patrol areas in their community and document and report any suspicious or criminal activities.

Partners with law enforcement agencies, neighborhood and community groups, state and regional crime prevention associations, and a variety of businesses and civic groups.
Eligibility: Adult residents of Philadelphia
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
