Visit our physicians and other clinicians for routine checkups, screenings, vaccinations, sports physicals, sick visits, treatment of illnesses and minor injuries, chronic disease management, or your other care needs. We offer affordable access to high-quality pediatric care, geriatric care, women’s health care, obesity medicine, lifestyle medicine, and more.
Eligibility: Open to all, regardless of ability to pay.
Hours: Monday through Saturday, 8:00am to 6:00pm
All Holidays that fall on Monday through Saturday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Fee Amounts: Accepts most insurance plans, including Medical Assistance (Medicaid), Medicare, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, CHIP, and more. We operate as a safety-net provider of care, focused on delivering right-venue, high-quality, affordable health services to all regardless of insurance status. If a patient does not have health insurance, our team is ready to connect them to health benefits coverage options, including our sliding-fee scale. Eligibility for our sliding-fee scale is based on family (or household) income and size and provides discount levels for qualifying patients.
