Clarks Summit Practice - Tobacco Cessation
Tobacco cessation program supplements the care that patients receive from their primary care providers. During primary care appointments, provider will assess readiness to quit smoking. When you are ready, a certified cessation specialists will strategize with help come up with an action plan to quit.
