Clarks Summit Practice - Nutrition
Nutrition counseling program supplements the care patients receive from their primary care providers. During counseling sessions, a dietitian will work with patients to assess current nutritional habits and create action plans for the future. The goal of nutrition counseling program is to enable patients to take control of their habits and health.
Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
