Provides remote access to the Street Medicine health professionals (Doctors, nurses and support staff).
Can address new or preexisting health issues.
Not limited to but a few examples of types health issues that can be addressed:
*Medication refills
*Cold symptoms
*Sour muscles and joints
*Blood pressure checks
*Diabetes Eduction
*Re-evaluations and follow ups

Telemedicine visits take place at Hope Rescue Mission, 645 N 6th St, Reading
Eligibility: Individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
Hours: By appointment only. Call between 9:00am to 4:00pm to make an appointment.
