Provides community grants to applicants from the community who wish to improve the quality of life for people living in the Twin Tiers region. Charitable funds and grants are awarded on an ongoing basis for a lasting delivery of service to meet an identified community need.
Eligibility: Non-Profit organizations in Bradford, Potter, Sullivan, and Tioga Counties (Tioga, PA and Tioga, NY).
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
