Philadelphia - Transitional Employment Program
Provides transitional employment with an electronics waste recycling company to people returning from prison. Offers a supportive environment for learning marketable job skills and a network of individuals who work together toward self- and community improvement. After 6 to 9 months, assists participants with preparing applications for jobs in industries for which they are eligible. Works with employers willing to hire job-ready, returning citizens for full-time, gainful employment.

Eligibility: Individuals who have been adjudicated and released from prison or jail within the last 5 years

At this time, individuals convicted of sex offenses or arson are NOT eligible.
