Dixon House - Housing Counseling
Provides housing stabilization services including credit and budget counseling; foreclosure prevention counseling; eviction prevention through payment assistance when funds are available and landlord-tenant mediation; and first-time home buyers education and counseling.
Eligibility: Current homeowners and renters who are behind on their payments or in danger of losing their residence, and prospective home buyers.
Hours: Services are available by appointment only.
