Philadelphia - Focus on Fathers - Parenting Education Courses
Provides a 13-session parenting course for fathers at sites across Philadelphia and online, using the evidence-based 24/7 Dad curriculum. Topics include child development, managing feelings, positive communication, parental roles, positive discipline, co-parenting, custody and child support, managing conflict, men’s health, and the importance of employment. Provides refreshments and possibly transportation assistance. Offers gift cards and other incentives for attendance and course completion.
Eligibility: Fathers, age 18+, residing in Philadelphia.
Hours: Online referral form available 24/7.
