PHLPreK Enrollment
Offers free, quality pre-K to children ages 3 and 4 at over 180 locations across Philadelphia during the school year. Families can enroll at any point in the school year, if space is available.
Eligibility: Families with children who are ages 3 and 4 may apply. There are no income requirements.

Fee Amounts: Service during traditional school day (5.5 hours) during school year is provided free of charge.

If you require hours beyond a traditional school day and/or during summer, you will need to pay the PHLpreK provider for the extra hours or take advantage of child care subsidy (CCIS) benefits if you qualify.
