Individual employment plan and case management services. Receive assistance with getting back into the workplace and/or furthering your career through workforce development services.
Eligibility: * Proof of citizenship or eligibility to work in the US * Selective service registration for males born on or after 1-1-1960. Verification of age 18 or older. * Financial eligibility requires one of the following: Individual income or no more than 235% of the TANF standard as measured over the 6 months prior to registration or be a cash public assistance or food stamp recipient or homeless.
Income eligibility is determined based on the prior six months income.
Hours: Monday and Tuesday, 8:30am to 4:30pm; Wednesday, 10:00am to 4:30pm; Thursday and Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Intake Procedure: Schedule and attend a WIOA information session. Complete a pre-application form. Meet with staff to provide eligibility information and documentation. Meet with a Career Development Specialist.
Geographical Area: Greater Berks County Region
Helpful Tips: The WIOA information session provides handouts on the program components and the process steps. Customers work with Career Development Specialists on individual employment plans.
