As of February 1, 2023, PAHAF has temporarily paused accepting new application. Offers home purchase loans with competitive interest rates and lower fees.
Eligibility: Income limits and purchase price maximums apply. Eligible buyers may also qualify for a downpayment and/or closing cost assistance loan. Some programs are for first-time buyers only. Most Programs require that the home purchased must be a primary residence.
