Lancaster - Winter Relief Assistance Program (WRAP)
Provides income-eligible customers with a no-cost energy assessment, free energy saving products, and energy tips for long-term savings. Products may include insulation, caulking, LED's, electric heating equipment evaluation and more, as determined by the energy assessment. Program is available for homeowners and renters.
Eligibility: Must be a PPL Electric Utilities customer with an account in applicant's name
