Offers paid training to serve as Teen Conflict Coordinators with YEAH. Training teaches participants the skills to be able to resolve conflicts within their communities, schools, and their own lives.

Eligibility: Residents of West and Southwest Philadelphia, ages 16 to 24.
Hours: Office Hours:
Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 10:00pm
Saturday, 12:00pm to 5:00pm

Geographical Area: Southwest Philadelphia and West Philadelphia
Helpful Tips: Teens and young adults will learn how to identify conflict, improve problem solving and communication skills, and practice the peer mediation process. All scenarios are relevant to our lives and what young people deal with everyday. This training is co-facilitated by young adults and participants must attend all sessions/dates to receive certificate and stipend.
