Eligibility: Allegheny County residents. Self-represented (pro se) litigants may utilize the services of the Client Services Center regardless of income.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 11:00am

If a litigant appears after 11:00am, personnel at the Information Desk will ensure they are assisted via phone or email within 24 hours.
