Offers mental health peer support by phone to persons experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Utilizes active/reflective listening skills and problem-solving techniques. Also offer medicine reminders and scheduled call outs as needed.
Eligibility: No limitations or restrictions
Hours: Monday and Friday, 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00pm to 10:00pm
Saturday, 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Sunday, 6:00pm to 9:00pm
