Integrates behavioral health into the medical visit assessing mental health needs, providing brief therapeutic interventions and coordinating referrals for psychiatry or therapy.
Eligibility: Individuals struggling to cope with an acute or ongoing emotional, behavioral or substance misuse concern.
Hours: General Office Hours: Monday 8:00am to 7:00pm; Tuesday, 8:00am to 7:00pm; Wednesday, 8:00am to 7:00pm; Thursday 8:00am to 7:00pm; Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm

Fee Amounts: Fee amount depend on treatment and private insurance costs. Sliding scale fees are also available for low-income families that qualify.
