Connects reentering citizens to a wide range of services and supports provided by city government agencies and community-based partner organizations. Provides assistance accessing food, clothing, official identification, behavioral health services, public benefits, family services, parenting skills training, educational opportunities, job training, financial counseling, expungement and pardon services, and more.
Eligibility: Adults age 18+ who were recently released or previously incarcerated
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
