Providing Mobile Crisis Response and Stabilization Services. The goal of MCRSS is to prevent inpatient care, reduce juvenile justice placement, and address social determinants of health. These goals are addressed through crisis calls, mobile crisis intervention, and stabilization services. MCRSS helps provide stability to youth and their families.
Eligibility: Youth and their families in Luzerne and Wyoming counties.
Hours: Available 24/7, via phone and mobile crisis team intervention.
