Kennett Square - Children's Services - Kennett Square
Provides individual and group counseling; recreational activities; advocacy services for children living in the Emergency Shelter, Transitional Housing; liason service for children needing to enroll in or leave a school for safety purposes; referrals to other agencies and resources are also provided as needed. Provides child care during adult support group meetings, as well as for other activities such as court appearances when scheduled in advance.
Eligibility: Dependent children of domestic violence survivors in Chester County
Hours: Monday through Friday, 1:00pm to 9:00pm

Helpful Tips: In addition to the direct work with the children, the DVCCC Children's Program also works with the parents in our Shelter, Transitional Housing, and Counseling programs to assist them in addressing their children's emotional needs.
