Eligibility:
Individuals in Dauphin County who are relatives through blood or
marriage, or persons who had a sexual relationship, and have been
the victim of physical abuse or have been threatened with bodily
harm

Please arrive by 9:30AM in order to have all paperwork completed in
time for a Dauphin County Judge to provide a hearing and decision
that same day. If you arrive after 9:30AM, you may have to return
for your hearing the following business day.
