Warm Line is a confidential, one-on-one telephone support service staffed by individuals who are in recovery and understand the needs of their peers.
Eligibility: Individuals residing in Lackawanna, Susquehanna and Wayne Counties who have a mental illness and are experiencing sadness or loneliness.
Hours: Daily, 6:00pm to 10:00pm
