Empowerment Program
Provides money management, budgeting classes: dealing with debt and bad credit, tips on spending and saving.
DHS helps with applications for state and federal benefits also available, offers adult literacy programs and GED Classes, provides access to community computers and employment center available, also hase mobile classes available.
Eligibility: Adults, individuals
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm; excluding holidays
