Helps low-income customers get and keep local telephone services by offering participants a reduction of up to $9.25 on their monthly phone bill. Consumers living on Tribal lands are eligible for an enhanced discount of up to $34.25 per month.
Eligibility: Must have income at or below 135% of the federal poverty income guidelines or be on a DHS program.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
