Parkway Central Library - Homebound Services
Offers home delivery of library materials. The homebound library card has an extended loan period of up to six weeks and no fines are levied on overdue materials. Specific books can be requested by title, and assistance is offered in selecting books by category.
Eligibility: Residents of Philadelphia who are unable to leave home as the result of a disability, injury, or another temporary setback
