Pennsburg - Transportation Assistance Program (TAP)
Provides a volunteer-driven service helping persons get to medical appointments.
Eligibility: Upper Perkiomen School District residents with no other means of transportation to medical appointments and must be able to get to and from the vehicle without assistance
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Intake Procedure: An intake must be completed with the staff member in charge of the program. Call or email for information.
Geographical Area: Upper Perkiomen School District including East Greenville, Green Lane, Hereford, Marlborough, Palm, Pennsburg, Red Hill, and Upper Hanover
Helpful Tips: Availability depends on number of volunteers and location of appointment.
