Bellefonte - Ombudsman Program
Ombudsman works with residents of nursing homes and personal care homes to promote their quality of life and encourage self-resolution of problems so that residents can maintain the highest level of independence they are capable of. The program also reduces the social isolation many people experience when living in long term care facilities.
Eligibility: For those who are consumers of long term care services. Ombudsman can only act with resident approval.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
