Provides financial assistance in conjunction with available hearing aid programs and/or assistance with the purchase of hearing aids.
Eligibility: Must be a Centre County resident and meet income guidelines. Individuals do not have to be a CVIM patient to use the Hearing Aid Program.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Fridays, 8:00am to 4:00pm
