Offers vision vouchers that cover a basic eye exam, basic lenses, and basic frames.
Eligibility: Must have no vision insurance, meet financial guidelines, and be a resident of Centre County. You do not have to be a CVIM patient to obtain a vision voucher.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Fridays, 8:00am to 4:00pm
