Provides counseling for children under 18 years of age and their families to prevent delinquency issues in the future.
Eligibility: Target population is at-risk youth ages birth to 18 with behavioral and/or mental health and/or drug and alcohol issues with family.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
