Community Health and Education Center - Diabetes Puzzle, Putting It All Together
Offers a 10-hour program designed to help individuals manage and monitor their diabetes. Topics include meal planning, exercise, medications, blood glucose monitoring, record keeping, sick days, food shopping, dining out, stress, travel, family involvement, and complications.
Eligibility: Adults age 18 and older with a diabetes diagnosis
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
