Williamsport Campus - Community Employment Services
Provides assistance with finding employment and on-the-job training. A job coach will work with the employee until the employer is satisfied with the individual's work performance. At that time, the job coach will gradually withdraw support from the worksite, a process known as "fading," enabling the employee to function at a fully independent level.
Eligibility: Individuals with developmental disabilities. Adults age 18 and older.

Intake Procedure: Call for intake. Referrals can also be made through the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, school district, BLAST IU #17, and community organizations. All referrals must meet eligiblity standards and licensing requirements.
