Residential Services
Provides residential options for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or for mental health consumers. Options for persons with developmental disabilities include: Community Homes, Supported Living Services, and Life Sharing. Options for Mental Health Consumers include: Personal Care Homes, Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR), Supportive Housing: Permanent, Supervised Living, and Independent Living.
Eligibility: individuals with developmental disabilities and/or for mental health consumers
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm
