Administers the special education dispute resolution system in Pennsylvania to include due process, mediation, and IEP facilitation. Creates agreement training and conflict resolution skills training that is also available to families and schools.
Eligibility: Any student aged birth to 21 years who is identified as exceptional or thought to be exceptional and is eligible for services and educational programs under Individuals with Disabilities Education Act
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
