Provides six months of guidance to identify your strengths, help develop a solution plan, connect to services, and assess if the plan is working for you, for those who qualify and are willing to commit themselves. Offers connections to the following: Job Training; Health Services; Childcare and Education; Housing Option Referrals; Legal Services; and Financial Literacy Component for family members.
Eligibility: Family members with at least one child under the age of 18
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 3:30pm
