Intake Procedure: Everyone should be registered with us prior to the meal but it is not required. Call for more information and/or registration.
Intake Requirements: Please, bring LifePath ID card when receiving meals and/or services. If client does not have an ID card, please, see the front desk at 367 West Market Street. Door is locked, please, wait to be buzzed in.
