Assists PA residents who are blind or visually impaired to secure and maintain employment and independence. Provides training and adaptive devices to assist with adjustment to vision loss.
Eligibility: Pennsylvanians who are blind or visually impaired, services all ages. Income guidelins for the purchase of cost services. Call for information.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm
