Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) - Vocational Rehabilitation Services
Provides vocational rehabilitation services to persons with disabilities to help prepare for, obtain, or maintain employment. Services are provided on an individual basis, both directly and through a network of approved vendors. The OVR counselor assists customers in selecting their choice of vocational goals, services and service providers.
Eligibility: Eligible persons with disabilities. Certain services are subject to a Financial Needs Test and may require financial participation by the customer. Call for more information.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Fee Amounts: Counseling and guidance, diagnostic services, assessments, information and referral, job development and placement, and personal services such as readers or sign language interpreters are provided at no cost to the individual.
