Helpful Tips: The ABE classes run in conjunction with the HSE preparation classes, allowing the students to advance levels at their own pace. Classes are held at separate locations: PA CareerLink Center 600 Norland Avenue Chambersburg, PA 17201 and Waynesboro High School 550 E Second Street Waynesboro, PA 17268
