Lancaster - Transition Network (TCC: Transition Coordinating Council)
Serves as a network of parents, consumers, educators, and community service providers helping students with special needs in their transition from school to adult life. Meetings will: inform parents of available transition supports from the school and the community; establish a communication link from school to family to community services; identify community issues and suggest possible resolutions; and work toward achieving successful student transitions from school to adult life.
Eligibility: Residents of Lancaster County and Lebanon County
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Council Meetings: 6:00pm to 8:00 pm (September-March)
