Peer support for women and men 18 years and older. Join to share concerns, strengths and coping mechanisms. A professional diagnosis is not needed and educational materials are provided. The group does not provide therapy. Families and friends are also welcome.
Eligibility: Open to women and men living with a bipolar diagnosis, age 18 and over on a walk-in/drop-in basis. Families and friends also welcome.
Hours: Second Thursday of the month, 12:00pm to 1:00pm
