Eligibility:
A) Individuals and families with a sustainable source of income
(exclude county assistance or social security)
B) Able to physically live and function independently
C) Homeless or facing eviction
D) Homelessness or potential eviction must have originated in 17022, 17033, 17036 or residing in one of these areas for at least 9 months

Hours:
Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 2:00pm; Programs
and volunteers may operate outside of those hours, call for
information

Fee Amounts:
Monthly program fee is 30% of monthly income
Intake Procedure:
Apply by paper or online followed by phone screening and in-person
interviews.

Helpful Tips:
Program accommodates 2 families at a time. Up to 2 families living
in separate single-family homes.
