Eligibility: Men, women and families experiencing homelessness; Must be a Lancaster County resident for at least 90 days

Intake Procedure: Families: call 211 or 855-567-5342 for a pre-screening and referral to CHART Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm
Single individuals: walk-in to the Access Center Monday through Friday 8:00 am- 3:00 pm; intake will be completed pending bed availability.

No family referrals are taken over the weekend.
