Eligibility:
A) Must be a resident of Adams County
B) Families must have incomes below the federal poverty guidelines for Head Start
C) Children must be 3 or 4 before September 1st; or turn 3 years of age at time of enrollment (children who turn 5 before September 1st are not eligible)
D) Includes those with Special Needs and foster children

Intake Procedure:
A) Documentation required to process the application:
B) Copy of child’s birth certificate or other proof of age,
C) Proof of income (at least 2 pay stubs, W2 form, tax form 1040, TANF, SSI, child support/alimony, signed and dated statement from employer, and/or social security). If family receives SNAP benefits, they can use proof of that to determine eligibility.
