Committed to improving the health of income-eligible pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children by providing nutrition education, breastfeeding support, healthy foods and referrals to health and social programs.
Eligibility: Women who are pregnant, postpartum and/or breastfeeding women, infants, children and foster children up to 5 years old at nutritional risk and whose income is at 185% (or less) of the poverty level
