All substance use disorder services are rendered through contracted SUD treatment service providers and the treatment related service providers. The service providers make arrangements for LCDAC funding assistance for qualified individuals who do not have insurance or the ability to pay for their substance use disorder treatment/treatment-related services. Funding assistance is available for all levels of care (detox, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, halfway house, residential) as well as the identified treatment related services (case management/care coordination, MAT: methadone, suboxone, vivitrol). Funding assistance may also be available for individuals with a gambling use disorder.
Prevention/education programs are available in all 16 school districts
Eligibility: Individuals with a substance use disorder (SUD) and/or family members of individuals with a substance use disorder can access treatment or treatment related services through listed contracted service providers.
Funding assistance for qualified individuals and/or family members who are without insurance or underinsured may acquire funding assistance through contracted service providers. Individuals who are struggling with substances qualify for prevention/education services may be eligible for services within their school or through a community based prevention/education program.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
No direct services are rendered at the office.

Fee Amounts: Funding assistance for qualified individuals is determined by the contracted SUD treatment and treatment related service provider. The amount of funding assistance is based on family income/number of dependents/etc. calculated with a liability form.
Prevention services rendered through the contracted Prevention service providers is at no cost to schools and non-profit groups. Trainings/workshops may involve minimal fees to cover costs.
