Offers hot meals and delivers Meals on Wheels to home-bound seniors. Provides APPRISE counselors who help with Medicare information and resources. Assists with Income Tax, Rent/Property Tax Rebate, LIHEAP, and PACE Assistance forms and applications. Offers health screenings, produce vouchers, referral services, health and nutrition education, social, and physical health, recreational activities, and volunteer opportunities. Operates as a cooling station for those who cannot adequately cool their homes or do not have a place to cool down.
Eligibility: Adults age 60 and older
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 1:30pm
Congregate Meal: Monday through Friday, 12:00pm
Meal Delivery: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, call for details
