Lancaster - Subsidized Housing
HDC sites are not all HUD subsidized (Rent based on 30% of income). Through the tax credit program, apartments require minimum and maximum income guidelines to be met to qualify. Section 8 and most housing vouchers are accepted at the tax credit apartments.
Eligibility: Primarily workforce, older adults and individuals with disabilities who meet certain income requirements.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; 24-hour answering service
